If it is anything to do with Mayfair Park AKA Mouflon 2 Tatlisu, then I would like to contact anyone concerned, especially those that rejected the imposed site transfer, or those that are experiencing problems with Alpan Uz and his associates.

It's the Tatlisu Sweet homes and Salih Kayim that the article and thread was about

Knowing someone on Mayfair, as I read the article I thought it was about that site.

Although differing problems the concept appears the same, a developer, builder or whatever trying to get one over on the buyers. They both have used the divide and rule principle of setting the buyers against each other to get what they want.

hey... thanks for that.. just found it.....

....... personally, i don't believe the standards of reporting... not just here, but most of the papers.... and as most would agree...."there are always two sides to any story.."....

.... but the photo on the front of the newspaper needs absolutely no exp0alination whatsoever......

.... I thought some of the readers may wish to be Editor for the day and come up with one of those classic 'SUN' captions......

...... Freddy Starr drove bulldozer into wall .. or something like that.......

For those of you who aven't seem the front page of Cyprus Today....... all I can say is..... it was an accident.

Hi cyprusishome,

re message 6.

I agree with you, it seems that divide and conquer is the case at Mayfair Park. I have sued Uz & Bay Investments Ltd (nessa construction ) and Alpan Uz and Mustafa Kemel Baykan. They have many outstanding court orders against them. Our only chance is to show a united opposition and share information to enable us to secure a reasonable settlement.
