will happen on regular times this seeing how many navel vessels are patroling this area , must be navel forces from twenty different countries patroling here. a collision of two nuclear vessels is very unlikley to result in atomic dissaster tho

Well,

collision between two navels is as likely to result in disaster as is the collision between two naval vessells.

But which is it?

Merchant ships have an entirely different agenda than naval vessels. A Merchant ship must carry cargo from A to B in the most expeditious way, avoiding collisions, groundings and weather damage.

Naval vessels operate in close proximity to each other and train to manouvre into a fighting position with the enemy and run a risk that there will be a collision and or a grounding when doing so.

They are quite good sailors but there isn't a seaman amongst them.

Two 'navel' vessels collide. I now have this vision in my head of two very large beer and hamburger enhanced stomachs bumping into each other!

Not to sound like a know-it-all...

When two objects (ships, boats, icebergs...) are moving the smaller of the two objects are drawn irresistably into the larger.

Daniel Bernoulli studied the relationship between fluid (water, air) speed and pressure and stated :

The pressure in a fluid decreases as the speed of the fluid increases

Well known phenomena - when a fluid goes through a narrow constriction its speed incleases. And that's what happens with sea water between two vessels.

Water flowing between the ships travels faster than the water flowing past the outer sides, so the streamlines are more compressed. Water pressure is reduced between the ships. Unless the ships are steered to compensate for this, the greater pressure on the outer sides of the ships then forces them together.
