Tony works full time in TRNC is single. Smoker - and is looking for somewhere to live. A shared apartment or something he has 6 wks to find somewhere and will help with any odd jobs at home to help keep rent down.

Is he on a work permit or working illegally?

Is this long or short term?

If he is does a few "odd jobs", for low rent - then in a way he is charging for the work, and once the couple of jobs are finished, can he afford proper rent? The norm is split rent and bills on a flat share.

Sorry to sound picky, but I asked someone who might be able to help, and this what they asked, as they can't really afford to be stuck with someone in their apartment that can't pay their share of rent and bills etc.
