Have you been to these sites 'cos they could be sights!!!! Sorry I couldn't miss that one. Anyway,don't know either sites although I live in Bahceli.

Thanks for replies, yes Ossie I probably should have stuck with the original spelling. Exarethusa, looking at the Unwins site I think I could be talking of same site. Are you happy with development so far and do you have an idea when completion is. Reserved at another site where the company are experiencing delays so they have offered to move us to this one.

Hi Beths do not think Marina Park is even started yet but Mayfair Park is well on its way to completion (May 08) ? The standard of build is top class and there are 46 villas being build all with 8 x 4 pools.

I hate to be a downer, but where is all that water going to come from to fill 46 pools and that is only one site.

Its time the rains came. The south are all praying to god to make it rain, maybe we should bring in the rain dancers.

Hi Beths I am quite happy with build was out in Nov 07 and everything was looking good, Have just had update photo's from Unwins of pool and patio area all tiled.

NeSa I have found don't reply to emails to often in the last 18 months have sent 11 only got 3 back and not really telling me anything. Brother and sister run the company, think the completion could be anytime this year. The electric to the site not due till March 08 if we are lucky. Where did you reserve your first site?. Tatlisu4me looks like we are on same site have you been happy with the changes that were made to the floor plans etc, what plot No are you

exarethusa I am number 46 we bought last Jan, there are a few changes to the plans but nothing drastic. A few of us on Mayfair Park keep in touch by mail if you want to be involved you would have to give mr your mail address.

I have just returned from N/C after visiting Marina Park which is situated at Barceli and Unwins are the sole agents. While there it was good to see that work was going on and to see the stage mine is at after seeing it last in Aug last year. Unwins ref BCL005

I have chatted to you before regarding Sweetwater view, We also got a mail from NESA advising us that there are delays with the site, but i don't know which the new site is that they are offering us, is it the one on Unwins website or one that is not even advertised yet? The mail was pretty vague, I am waiting for a reply from them.

I have spoken with Nesa many times in the last few weeks and what they are offering sounds great but I can't get over until May. Would be great if you can let us know what the new site is like, it looks good on the plans - when are you back and maybe I can stall them a bit with our decision.

Hi Tatlisu4me the site we had initially reserved at was at Tatlisu due to the delays forcasted for this site we have been given the option of transferring to the new Discovery Bay site at Bacheli.

Vienna girl will take photos and send you any info we have to your E-Mail address on our return.

Hi Beths we are at Mayfair Park (Completion in another couple of months, hopefully) I visited the other Tatlisu site (On the hillside above the new by-pass). Both are nice, but chose Mayfair as it is nearer the sea.

Just for info for all those buying on the NESA developments - have just returned, work is progressing well on the Mayfair Park development quite a lot of people working on site visited over 3 seperate days (unaccompanied by anyone) and the site was busy all the time. Visited both Marina View and Discovery Bay at Bacheli and again workers on both sites.

Also buying at Mayfair Park folks. Spoke to Tuðçe on phone about 2 weeks ago. She said that site would be ready by end of April, mid May at latest, apart from 2 houses.

Have since heard from someone who visited recently that they don't expect site to be finished until possibly August, so take your pick!



Alpan mentioned something about a green area a while back, but not heard anything recently or know any details. There was some talk of planting rather than fencing between houses which am not keen on.



Nice to hear that there are plenty of workmen on site. Cannot wait to get out there when site is complete, whenever that may be.

Hi Sam also buying at Mayfair, the Electric sub-station has not been put in as yet, but there is a 40 tonne water tank being installed (There are about 10 of us that keep in touch who are buying at Mayfair, 2 couples from Scotland)

Still waiting to hear back from Solicitor but hopefully if everything is Ok then we are still going ahead - our neighbours on Discovery Bay have been in touch which is nice - have noticed you have started a few threads - Julie can't be keeping you busy enough!!!

Received a brief update from Unwins today. The kitchen units are in but the appliances arn't. The pool is well on its way. There is no work started yet on the access roads.



Emailing direct or conversation via MSN would be good. I can't see your email address yet as I've not, apparently, posted enough messages. How many do I need to post?



We should look to share email addreses, perhaps even phone numbers. Might be useful when trying to get updates quickly. What do you think?
