Medview have finally listened to the owners and instead of the planned increase in fees at Hilltop Bogaz they are actually reducing it!

The committee at Hilltop told MV that because they would not listen to them that they all would step down as they felt they could achieve no more. Guess what, one week later and god knows how many direct emails, Medview have had the balls to do a u turn.

I know its not much of a saving but what a turn a round. Thanks Medview and thanks to the Hilltop committee.

Yes this is great news.

Like you say, its not much but its better than nothing and certainly better than an increase.

All credit to everybody who worked hard to get it sorted out.

Thanks.

Considering that they was no increase at all last year! and instead of a 10% increase this year there is now a 5% reduction so that about £150 saving per unit. Plus MV were going to put a £125 levy on each unit to cover non payers, So well done MV for listening to the owners and the committee. A really good saving for me potentially £275.

Thanks

Will they do the same for Sunrise?

Is this anything to do with the missing gardeners?

I am thrilled to hear your good news at Hilltop. Was looking to buy at Hilltop and have been looking at this site for a while. I shall now press on and look with a view to buying there. Have seen the site.

Done my homework, was put off by a local website but have changed my mind having read this.

Well done to the committee, Medview listened, it is a step in the right direction.

I bet that most on site are thrilled with the reduction, although you can't please everyone can you.

I am sure that negative publicity did have something to do with it, as I am sure all the other factors did too. It was probably a big combination of everything but the committee are the ones who publicly stood up to them an announced they would not be paying any increase. Just be grateful that it is a decrease. I still think the fees are too much but to me a decease is a lot better than any increase.

Do you not think that the "local website" is Bogaz info? The recent outburst from Busy Bees pointing out what many of us knew was only in the last week or so.
