Anyone who holidayed here in the 90's would have known it as RITA ON THE ROCKS.

Well in uk i have to charge £2.80 for a 330 efes (rent and rates in u.k etc) so sounds not to bad to sit by the sea in the sunshine. http://www.deesbistro.co.uk

As a point of interest, we were in Exeter last weekend visiting our daughter in the Uni and went to The Imperial which is run by Wetherspoons for lunch.

A 500ml Efes--------------£1.89 !!!!! thats cheaper than TRNC i believe.

They no longer take holiday bookings for visitors. They rent their bungalows out long term now (min 1 yr) and mainly to students.

They've made some recent nice improvements this year to the access steps down to the sea with a nice level platform at the bottom. Their seawater pool is good too.

The only thing that spoils it for me is the wire fence butting right up to the premises on the pool side, with all the Forbidden Zone notices.

Earlier this year the staff told me the army were 'making improvements' to the harbour area there. But just last month when I asked again they said it was never going to be open as it was kept for 'if there is a war and the Greeks come!'
