Thank goodness for this forum , re freedom of speech . I know of one developer who closed down an owners forum in order to divide and rule , and now we have another forum that block anyone who challenges moderators thoughts , no wonder there are just a hand full of of people on these so called forums with the rule that in order to post you have to agree to agree on all, poor show i say . Well done cyprus 44 at least here we are allowed to debate .

Freedom of speech and debate is one thing, but continual harrassment of people is another, as is twisting of facts, telling half truths, continued interference in things that do not concern one, it is now common knowledge that your attacks are directed at Glencoe, for reasons only known to yourself, the 9th of Feb has come and gone and we still await your writ that you threatened us with, this was the final straw for our company, there is no reasoning with you so we have given up trying, if anyone has any doubts about our sincerity or committment pls read our forum we dont tell lies or half truths, but have been relentlessly attacked by Pipie, she cant get to grips with the fact that we cannot legally issue her with a contract, this has to be done by the management company, and having read her contract so many times there is not even a mention of a mini golf in it, and it states only one pool and kiddies pool but she has 3 pools, we will not be drawn further on this.

Could I just 'butt' in on this thread. If this is a personal matter between yourselves, Pipie and glencoe, would it not be better to discuss your concerns off forum than on it? We as moderators do try and encourage 'freedom of speech' and I know it has been said on here many times that people are entitled to their opinions without fear of reprisals, however I do feel that if this is a private matter it should be kept off here.

Glencoe is correct. It only takes one bad apple to sour the rest. Chegwin

Freedom of speech does not include the freedom to libel or slander someone. If libel is found both the originator and the publisher would be penalized and as this is a privately run BB based on a commercial website Izzet therefore would also be liable.

Glencoe Your posting is i have to say not appropriate for a BB board, but i have empathy for your situation if what you state is correct. Maybe you should issue your own writ sighting slander, and deformation of character this usually removes any bad apples from the cart in my experience it does.
