Wells have a kocan (title deed) and are shown on a site plan if legal with the owners name on it, so just because it is on or near your land it doesnt mean you own it. There is also a certain distance that another well can be constructed I believe within 50mts. This is a bit of a deep subject for me. Well anyway must go.!!

Well Well Well Bazil you are almost perfect with everything you said except I beleive its 100m from another well, but I guess if no-one sees you digging a new well and tells on you it could be 10m apart.
