I am selling my house. Can anybody explain the procedure. I have not had my permissions or paid any taxes. Someone said to cancel my permissions and i dont have to pay the taxes.

Was told by lawyer, sorry,,advocate, no need to transfer title deeds into your name and pay taxes, if it is your intention to sell,but you must tell him that is your intention.This was however after my permissions were granted.So it seems you can have your permissions but need not have the deeds tranferred . Dont think you can cancel permissions as somewhere down the line permission has to be given for property to built,but I am no expert. Also,if was buying off you, one of first questions I would ask , would be if and how long ago were permissions applied for.
