I'm taking no sides on this, but, if a builder in the UK said to you "give me money for materials and I'll be back in a few days" and you parted with your hard-earned, then surely you're asking to be robbed!!!



This is not peculiar to the TRNC - it's builders the world over, surely.

Juliet why does having lunch in napa make me a fool, I enjoyed the food very much..not quite as good as this side but we have to make allowances for the gc's as they are less good at restauranteering than ethnic cleansing..

you are right clayton they wouldnt, but most of the napa people were not refugees from the north. when they get varosha back you will see a huge tourist area hopefully with a better quality of people.

Win or lose whats the worst that can happen come on, all the gc's are gona jump on the band wagon we know that. do you really think the trnc are just going to sit back and do nothing, to much progress has happened in the north like or not, mind you could end up a war zone again that will look great on the roc. If everybody lose there villa's i will put my hands up and say juliet darling you were right and stick a rocket up me bum.

Can I just say that it has been bought to my attention in the last couple of days that therehas been a considerable amount of activity in the property Market In the trnc. It would appear that there a quite ages people actively purchasing property here.
