They have started to go Karate at the Alsancak beledir and it is free. I think that it is on a Wednesday and a Friday and is free. They have children younger than six there so your son should be fine.

Hello there,

At the Black Olive in Alsancak, we have karate on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6.30pm. If he fancies something creative, we also have a craft club on Thursdays at 4pm.

We are up near Sunnylane school. If you need more info, call Debbie on 0533 845 1679.

Hi vee123,

I think there may be a karate class on a Tuesday night,

in the Sports Centre in Esentepe.

Will try to find out more over the weekend.

the tweakondo is a one off payment for registratıon and unıform - i thınk 200tl - and then they only pay when they take their tests for their belts - 100tl - so basically they can go for 5 nıghts a week and ıt really only costs pennıes....very good value - very good ınstructors - they just won a worldwıde competıtıon ın moldovıa - and they are travellıng to Malaysia in June - all expenses paıd by CTA!

Got a big garden that needs weeding! You don't even have to pay for the use of the tools and the exercise is great for young and growing kids.

Loads of ground to dig in, plenty of weeds to pull out, wood to shift, gravel to rake - all the sorts of things I used to use for exercise when I was a lad.
