If Diana and Dodi & Henri Paul had been wearing seatbelts, as was her bodyguard (the only survivor), they would be alive today. Any 'Plot' to kill them would not have relied on them not wearing seatbelts in a massively strong car, it would have been a boat 'explosion & sinking', or a 'planecrash'. It was an accident.

Yes, she was used to produce an heir and a spare and when she became a possible embarrassment to the Establishment she was disposed of. As the earlier poster says, she is dead, let her rest in peace. What goes round comes round!

Segmen imho she was murdered, she was the only decent royal at the time and she showed the rest of them up for what they were..I also believe she was pregnant at the time and that was the reason.

I think they were all worried that she was going to tell the world who the third gunman on the grassy knoll was - so they got rid of her as quick as possible and she now lives in Area 51. Arabs in the Royal Family - do you think the strain is that pure then now it has both Greek and German in it? What is the point anyway. My opinion - whe knew too much and cared too much for the people - she was "disposed" of in an "accident".

if you're one who supports the british monarchy, then it wasn't a murder, it was "man slaughter". Although we are all able to put two and two together, and see that it really was murder. I understand why they did not wanting a muslim in the royal family (just like saudi arabians wouldnt want a christian in their royal family)......but was murder really the option? Selfish elizabeth went over the top

I think Lady Di died in what appeared to be a tragic accident, but very suspicious circumstances. She was a true Princess and an amazing Person and Ambassador. May She rest in Peace and remain in our Hearts and minds. She was the Princess of "Hearts" P.s. Im appalled at some of the posts of this subject...Have some respect people!!!! nunu1

Having had the honour of meeting the Queens chauffeur of 25 years, who during his service for "the boss" was also engaged in driving duties for Thatcher, Diana, Heads of State and other dignitaries the discussion of Diana's death was mentioned on a few occasions, especially the day after her death when all the media pounced on his door step to ask "accident"? or "murder"? his response was quite frank "having travelled that part of the Paris motorway on many an occasion with passengers from Royalty to Presidents, I can truly say that driving at that speed regardless of intoxication would have caused a crash", adding "however, if the chaffeur had been asked by the passengers to put his foot down, he should for their safety denied them the instruction".
