I think Turkey (and the TRNC) are well placed to weather the economic storm that is and will be raging for the next 3+ years (5 in my estimation). Turkey has a strong and relatively insular economy and I think now they realise that embracing the Euro Zone would be a bad move hence the stalling of accession talks. Turkey has everything in its favour. They have just got to play the game right.

what a load of drival... was i missed... while some of you on here were trying to score points by slagging me off i was at Salamina with some friends looking at there old houses, enjoyed a nice cup of turkish coffee by the tc residents of my friends home & then went for a stroll.



You all talk about the south being a concrete jungle but the north is also beginning to look like a concrete jungle, most of the complexs unfortunatly do look like mini uk council estates, the north is beautiful it`s such a shame that it has been sold out to people who are ignorant of the Cyprus situation.
