A dreadful state of affairs. They have just broken into the RBS building. I suppose the taxpayer will have to bear the cost's of any damage, seeing as they own the bank!

i dont agree with the violence ,but i do agree with a bit of mob rule like they do in france. the captains of industry and bent mps have again shafted the honest man in the street. work for 4o years ,pay your taxes and be a law abiding citizen .....for what a man the a grey suit to take your money and retire ?. get real ,some peoples lives have been ruined financially for no fault of theirs. a think i agree with bring back the birch statment ,i would love to flog sir fred and his merry men, along with all the mps who thinks its ok to sit in 2nd home and claim for it on their expenses. kav ,a man thats just had 40k taken from his pension pot in 3months ......i wish i could have been there

This sort of protest is not part of the BNPs agenda and is generally related to left wing anachists, so why is Blackpoolfan trying to put the blame on a legitimate political party? Michael

Our 3rd form Latin class (circa 1960) came up with this slightly disgusting take on Julius Caesar's famous saying Vidi, Vicit, Veni - although I have seen it attributed to other sources, I feel sure that they were all influenced by us...

It is always the same with this sort of event. Normal people go along to protest as is their right and a few idiots turn up for a fight. Personal view, most of the western world brought on this financial problem themselves through greed. Two sides to that, the people trying to get maximum mortgages etc without thinking through the possible options. They are stupid and deserve no sympathy and should burn in hell. Then the lenders trying to maximise their profits - let them burn in hell!!!! Listening to a lot of alternatives, I think that within 20 years the usa and the EU will be destroyed. Their place will be taken by the Chinese RMB.
