Fresh Fish market in Kyrenia

Please can anyone advise if there is a fish market in Kyrenia.

Otherwise any shops where fresh fish is sold.

When we were over in October we kept driving past this place which I am convinced was a fish mongers - it was in Kyrenia. If you know the road that has that lovely lighting store (near a roundabout which I think is not far from the roundabout with a fountain on it) - anyway if you keep going just past the lighting shop on your left there was a sign outside nearly every day saying calamari, salmon etc. Also there is a little fish shop nextdoor to the Old Bazaar in town - a man was sat outside on a chair and inside was a freezer full of fish - I know it was frozen but they had everything. Let me know if you find anywhere else because we would be interested too!

is there one in the bogaz area ? i would'nt want to transport them from girne , to the bogaz in the heat of the day , also will they fillet for you ? i cant stand bones and have'nt the skill to do it myself

Hurdeniz as BHW said 200mtrs from electrokur between the peace roundabout and the main roundabout going to Lefkosa, there is a blackboard out on the main road but the shop and factory are in the street just off, as good as you will get fresh fish, and a goodly supply of frozen things as well, there are two price structures one for trade, eg hotels restaurants and then retail.
