100's of lots many with no reserve starting at 10.00 on Saturday 11 April, refreshments will be available all day. Something for everyone with lots of books inc Cookery, History, Travel, Cyprus, Poetry, Mythology, Music, Autobiographies etc. Furniture, furnishings, pictures, kitchen equipment, bric a brac, tools. Vehicles inc Freelander & Hyundai Jeep.

Pre 74 British Title 3 bedroom villa with pool & 1 bedroom annex on approx 1 donum will be auctioned separately at 14.00.

Property pack 10 GBP & catalogues (2 GBP/5TL) available from Fraser Meridies office (opposite Dome Hotel) or at Viewing Days Thursday & Friday 10.00-17.00. Turn up road by Bell Foods, turn right onto new bypass, take first left it is a few hundred metres up this road on the right.

Yes we do but if you cannot make the auction or the viewing you are going to have a bit of a problem buying them! Do you have any friends who could view, take photos & send you?

Yes you go on the road towards Lapta, through Karaoglanoglu, past the big Tempo on the right then there is a yellow sign for Bells Foods on the left, you take that left turn, up to the new bypass, turn right then 1st left.

There will be signs put out tomorrow - sorry could not put them out earlier as they would probably have disappeared a sad reflection on life here now.

Signs have been put out leading the way to the Auction on Saturday it starts at 10.00 but there are so many lots will probably last all day.

The property & cars are being auctioned after the lunch break.

I looked today. Wonderful bungalow, well built, lots of potential. Heated pool. Needs fair bit of renovation but will be worth it. Good location, not too near the bypass.

What did the vehicles go for - all three of them pse? Did everything get sold if not, what will you do with the remainder?

The 2 cars did not sell at the auction but the moped did.

Please contact Fraser Meridies if you are interested in the cars they will have time to arrange test drives & proper inspections etc - it was a bit manic yesterday!

They will also be at the house 10.00-17.00 on Monday for people to collect goods purchased at the auction or to provide further info re the cars.
