Payment of annual Rates

Just had a bill for payment of rates.

I have no street lighting, dirt track road and no refuge collection.



Are all rates due at the end of April and what do they cover?



And I only took possession of my house 6 months ago.

i think hubby pays ours twice yearly.

they are due in april.

i think they cover all of the above things which you don't have,lol.

i also think you should have paid something before now if you have been in your house 6 months!
