Were the dogs family pets poisoned on thier owners private property, or running loose left to god and providence, and having to fend for themselves where they could pick up anything that has been dumped.

Hi,

|Also another poisoning in Bashpinar recently just past the highly decorated Coffee Shop. A Cypriot family that towards the end of last year also had a dog of theirs shot at night. Very, very sad. It's not just the English that lose their animals.

Sad news, it was my sisters dog Tess ( a Kangal mix), just, what I was worried about, she was on a leash, she picked up a bone, sis tried to take it out of her mouth, it took ten minutes for her to die. The bone must have been part of an anilam that died from the same poison.

Muzzles are the only way to go...

PLease all beware,, this was near Aeria bar.

Oh Turbo I'm so sorry to hear of your sister's loss. It must have been dreadful for her to see her beloved pet suffer.

hi turbo,

i am truely sorry for your sisters loss.

the sad thing is also it takes the pleasure away from taking the dog for a walk.

everytime i go out i have to load up with things, water spray,a stick ,treats and poo bags along with phone incase of emergency.

it would be nice if there was like a designated park or something where dog owners could go in safety and without fear.

i know not everyone likes dogs but this would be the best of both for everyone as they wouldn't have to go there.

Turbo,

So sorry for your sister and poor Tess.

My dog is a rescue from KAR. He can be quite nervous and I know he would hate to wear a muzzle but this will be the only way he will be safe. This is just so sad.

Thanks all, yes she is devastated, Tess was one of the sweetest dogs around, I will never forget her big sad eyes.

Just please be careful when walking your dogs, muzzles, the only safe way, sad but it has to be done. you look away for a second and they grab something and its too late. She was gone in under 10 minutes a horrible way to go.

Until the poison is banned it will keep happening, same problem in the south.
