I shall shortly be coming out to Girne and unfortunately our place doesn't have its own swimming pool - are there any hotels, within that area and for a reasonable daily or perhaps longer period charge, allow the non resident the use of their pool. I normally go to the Escape and the Golden Bay (or beach?) complex but I am looking for somewhere a little nearer to Girne centre. Could Forum members advise please?

Try Watermill hotel. Normally, if you eat and drink no charge for pool use but speak to Kemal MD before hand and clarify.

Members thank you for your responses - does anyone know whether the Savoy is available? I have been in there for a meal during the winter months but wondered whether they would - for a small charge- could use the pool. Will try the Dome - so close to all the shops!

The Teachers Hotel at Bellapais junction is 7tl for adults and 3 for under 12yrs olds. Its a lovely pool, you just walk down the side to the bar area and pay there.

Msg 2. Where is the Watermill Hotel please?
