new to site,have enjoyed reading all mails

Anyone buying on Crystal Bay Park site.Would be interested in knowing as it seems most are on Crystal View

Our foundations completed & construction has been supposedly started,but no photos of our BlockA on web site.Will be going to view end of May

Any feedback on this site would be appreciated

We are buying in block C, and are going over to see whats going on mid April.

We are hoping it will be finished in Sept!!

Are you going to live there or rent it out?

We are block A and also hope completion is September

We will use ours mainly for Holidays at the moment & look at rental possibilities

Please contact me on your return with some feedback as I will do on our return in June

We are going over mid April and will bring back photos for you, last time we were over, everything was nearly completed- but the apartments, and also they have stuck another block in front of ours which was not on the original drawing they gave us, but IS hidden away in the small print of the contract!

There should be 5 blocks which are on our plans

Cant see how they would fit another in

It is block E, but was not on the original picture and literature they gave us.

Will let you know whats happening when we get back, which will be about a week before you fly out!!

Your right, it is'nt on original pictures

When we applied to buy they offered us block E that must be how we know about it

Friend of ours buying on Crystal View is out there now,waiting for info from him

Hi Wainy-its Chris, I added my partners details yesterday, and because we share the same e-mail, I have been ousted, much to his amusement!!- I will fix it somehow!!

We started off staying at sunny beach run by Mr Erdil, very basic, especially if you like pigeon poo down the chimney every morning, the we stayed at the Celebrity Hotel in the apartments round the back-they didnt tell us they were renovating, we had to ask for cups, kettle, knives etc, and it was self catering! This time we have left it up to our estate agent Eileen from Remax to find us somewhere that the builders dont fall through the ceiling! I think it is near Bellapais Abbey, better find out cos we are over in 2 wks. If youre over fancy meeting up? We are over till May 14th, we are hoping to meet up with Simbas and a few others if we can arrange place.

Anyway, thanks Jo, will prob try that one next time, but received e-mail from Eileen yesterday, and we are def near Bellapais Abbey.

This was recommended by our friend who stayed there a couple of weeks ago
