for all of you which needs some numbers what has happend the last five years and the years before, just a few examples:

500km new road done by CTP in 5 years. its hardly 300km in 20 years by UBP

more than 300km new electric lines by CTP - UBP did not cared at all

Aspestic water pipes renewed - UBP did not care at all

New hospital for Famagusta - UBP ignored the needs for this

Illegal working was banned - UBP did make it happen..

hi,

i heard a story that turkey gave the trnc loads of cash for roads and infastructure and the tc's just spent it. then turkey sent trucks, jcb's and workmen to do the job themselves.

i wonder which party was in back then??



are any of the parties doing anything for the expats??

If you search you will find.. I know they were driving mercedes benz after the saudis gave the money for the 4 lane girne - lefkoşa road - and they only compelted 2 lanes and payed of the cars.. anyhow. UBP invested in banana plantages - we have plenty of water you know - and we still have some of them.. Yeah, they probably have done a few good things, especially to them selves..

firestarter, yes that true.. UBP spend all the money this is why turkey is now sending in its own teams to do the job. But even they dont manage to do it right.. one of them went bancrupt recently.. anyhow.. we will get it done..

we actually got a new dustbin out of them. its only taken 4 years to provide a bin in our area of the village.

the village dogs now think they have a new restaurant!

i don't know what was worse no bin or hordes of dogs sleeping outside?

As an expat, willing to fully support TRNC, I'm fed up with the way your party looks at me (us) and treats me (us). Your CTP did **nothing, absolutely nothing** to solve any problem for expats (words only). CTP WAS AND IS WORTHLESS, THEY DID NOTHING FOR EXPATS. Speaking now for all trnc parties - we have problems to solve, which are much more important than "expats".

Why should we be interested in you? becouse you ALL pay your rental taxes? becouse you complain about trnc democracy?

realy, you choose to live here so be quiet. you know the "expats" history in cyprus? we still have problems with them, and yes, telling us what wrong or right is not the way we like to be treated by "expats". Expats should behave themselves.. after we have solved our problems - then we take care of you. This, I tell you in the name of all parties, if any party tells you something else, you will see that this is not true. I know them to good, so I can tell you how it is..

So sit down and digest.

BTW: under UBP rule you could hardly dream of HBPG! so, we did nothing? we are on a good way and most bright people know that.

with the allowance of whom? expats are not allowed to do any NGO s as there is no law for them to do such things. So all NGOs must be registered by an Tc.

How did HBPG managed this, I dont know..
