Hello I was wondering how the Internet service is in North Cyprus and how you guys feel about the Internet service providers.



How is the customer service?

How is there response time?

How is the coverage?

Wat are the actual speeds?

How is the cost?



Is VoiP offered there?



What would you like to see different with you providers?

How is there response time? Free telephone support 9-1pm then 2 -5pm then 6-9 pm



How is the coverage? very good most areas are covered.



Wat are the actual speeds? As advertised most of the time but at peak times may slow.

My work partner uses sunny cyprus, and he is extremely happy with his internet connection. He says there is no limit on the download / upload speed, and he downloads movies and stuff quite faster than normal. However, he says the customer service sucks. I witnessed two of his phone calls; he really tried hard and insisted to pay his monthly fees. This was last year.



I am happy with Nethouse wireless. Their customer service is great; they call a couple of days ago to remind you that your internet connection will terminate if you don't renew. If you don't have the time, they allow you to connect for two more days, etc.
