Anyone here knows about these two companies Cyport Ltd. Company and/or Ayza Net-Relytech like how their services/offerings/support/customer care/etc.

Ayza Net-Relytech (better known as Extend) has NO support and customer care. They just totally ignore any e.mails you send to them. Communication by telephone is just a waste of time as you just join the end of a very long line of other complaining customers.

Contacted Extend on late p.m. Wed's 15th re prob with internet, told service engineer would call Thur's 16th. Engineer phone on Thur's with regards directions to our house, arrived 15 mins later reset ariel on roof ( moved caused by high wind's ) and tested my P.C. with regard the problem's I had reported, confrimed all correct with set up and stuff.( Had me test the system to make sure ) Also tested down/up load speed. Excellett service and a very good engineer. Thank you Extend

FYI Relytech is not Extend or Ayza.net
