We have been told that there is a ban on the sale of alcohol tomorrow whilst the election takes place

Does anyone know if this applies to restaurants etc?

Turtle

If you have witnessed the goings on over the last few days I think you will understand why.

When we ran a bar the restriction only applied if your bar / rest was in a certain distance from a polling station, how ever the rules may have changed once again. I'm off for a beer at many local bars on Sunday. (can't vote - can drink).
