re new legislation , go into bogaz info site and read elko's post's , {i'm sorry i'm not clever enough to paste or attach it or whatever you call it } its very informative and it seems we do have more time than what we thought to do it in ,

Simbas - I think our own thread on the new legislative law is very comprehensive.

Hi paul 90 yes i agree our thread is very comprehensive , what i should have said was ismet { elko } actually lives there and is up to date with all current issues , so you get it straight from the horses mouth so to speak , like for instance he has actually spoken to the manager of gazimagoza district land registry office and not through a solicitor and he is going to meet him personally ,

Pat - I thoroughly agree with what you say.

He also knows that there is Land Registry office in Kyrenia, which will help some of us if we decide to register personally rather than have our advocates do it for us.

paul , yeh thats right we are actually in the bogaz area so gazimagosa will be our nearest office . my builders office , which is based in london has told me i don't need to do anything ??? but if i do need to , i do have someone who could do it for me. i have'nt heard from any other people who have bought off troy lake as to what they have been told . i am awaiting a call from troy lake as we speak .
