yep.I'm a tractor boy. Adopted Suffolk lad for 15 years. Used to go to the home games when I lived in Bury St Edmunds. They are the nearly team, maybe soon they'll get a crack at the playoffs and restore the club to it's former glory.

Brillant, there is always a small group of us that watch Town games at the Paradise Bar in Catalkoy.

There is a Town Supporters Branch in the South, they turned up for the game on Sunday with a Cyprus flag. I will have to take a TRNC flag next time I go to Portman Road!

Rumour is that Jim`s on his way and another £15m is going to be made available for players next season to a new manager.

We have today appointed Simon Clegg, the former British Olympic Association Chief Executive, as Town's new Chief Executive.

Hi I have supported Town all my life and have had some great times at portman rd and away games. I have been here now for 9 years so can only watch them on rare occassions on sky at the ravine bar in Alsancak. Great we got our own back on the canaries. Will visit your side of the island when town next on sky.

All the best

Steve

yes it was goodbye Jim, when will town learn that the appointment of ex players does not work for them didnt they give the job to Walky jointly as well..come on we need experience, is Geraint still temping with Orient hes done them proud but again he did well at Colchester but not at the levels we need. Sven is available isnt he, I guess the backroom girls would need to watch out

I guess you'll be trying to poach Steve Tilson, the best manager that the Mighty Shrimpers [Southend United] have ever had. Roy Keane proved as a player that he wasn't the right material [how did he ever get away with deliberately ending a player's career?], he also very soon lost the dressing room at the Stadium of Light. Not worthy, very much not worthy.

Looking at the various Town websites, Keane not being met with universal acclaim some very pro, good record at Sunderland, great player, winner, great contacts

Some very anti, dirty player, walked out on Sunderland, another volitle Irishman

Not confirmed yet,but the bookies have stopped taking bets.

The one thing for sure Ipswich is not the same club it was under the Cobbolds and Sheepy there is money and a mean streak now.
