I am in the process of buying one of the apartments in Turquoise Bay, looking to see how many other buyers are on the site

Hi

Over half of the apartments are sold I believe,

and you have your own brit owned and run pub just opened, called KINGS BAR,

and the supermarket just along the road on the other site is about to open in the next week or two, Turtle bay is a lot further on than turquoise bay at present in terms of completion but things are moving along

The supermarket is called Sarac 3 and if you follow the road from the main gate round to the right and turn left at the T is is only 100 yds along on the Left well signposted but not yet open - expected in about 2 weeks

Ah so that's where Kings Bar is. We wondered. Some people who were at the football match in Esentepe last week said that they were going to the opening and we couldn't think where it could be. Thanks Glencoe.

I assume Serac 3 belongs to the same people who own Serac 2 and Serac supermarkets in Esentepe. Good business foresight on someone's part.

Hi There,

We have just bought an apartment on the sea front section of Turquoise Bay; wondering how many of our neighbours are on the site.
