electric & water connection fees

Hi all,



Just need abit of advice really! My electric is being connected next week and water will follow shortly, any idea approx how much the connection fees cost,

Not sure about the elecric as it appears to vary from site to site and is often shared by everyone on your complex and depends on what you agreed in your contract.

Water connection is also dpendent on what is agreed in your contract. Our connection was inclusive of this and all we are having to pay is the water rates rather than any connection fee. Can you email the developer and ask for these details? Hopefully some other members buying on this site will share this information with you.

Thanks for your response, quick too.

I will email the developers tomorrow and simply ask them. I will also have a look over the contracts and see if it is mentioned anywhere, thanks again for your help.

If anybody else has bought a plot in Palm By View i would love to hear from you,
