my 56 year old partner looks very much like her daughter, but thankfully no surgery yet. I think looking young is luck of the draw and often runs in family , her mums great for 85 would pass for early 70's.

The mother's hair is like straw - both of them epitomise everything that is generally perceived wisdom about blonde women, which is tragic for all the intelligent blonde women in the world. That the mother thinks she doesn't look fifty (when she looks a well preserved, if not surgically altered - 60) is ludicrous, and what daughter would WANT their mum to be their doppleganger. The mother looked quite nice with brunette hair, sitting on the sofa - heaps nicer than she does now. She should have spent all her money on therapy, rather than the surgeon.
