There's a health food store cum pharmacy on the other side of the road to the Savoy, down the main street - I think that they have a small selection of homeopathic remedies. There used to be another place next door(ish) to them, but I think that they closed down.

Also seen the odd item in other pharmacies, but can't remember which ones!

If you find anything for treating poor memory, let me know

Why don't you just drink tap water? I'm told really strong homeopathic medicine is 99% water anyway, so 100% tap water must be even stronger???

I think there is a Homeopath at the Alternative/natural Health event at Chateau Lambousa in May, sure someone can confirm.

You've just solved a mystery for me.

Some years ago, I was given some homeopathic tablets to treat my hayfever, and despite being very sceptical, I tried them.

Much to my surprise, my symptoms were alleviated, and I couldn't understand why - after all, it couldn't be the 'placebo' effect, 'cos I KNEW that there were virtually NO active ingredients, and anyway, I "didn't believe in it".

Now I know the answer -



It was the tap water that I washed 'em down with!

If 3ppm chlorine (999,997 parts water to 3 parts chlorine) is usually enough to stop your pool going green, think what would happen if I reduced that to 1ppm? According to the principle of homeopathy, that would make the chlorine 3 times more effective and I'd never have another green pool!!

I see a really nice lady past lapta way who is a qualified homeopath. It takes me about an hour to get to from esentepe, but it is worth it. She has several clinics in the uk also, and is in the process of setting up a clinic here, but at the moment i see her at her house, which is still o.k as you are nice and relaxed in her living room. As far as i know she is the only homeopath in the north side. hope this information helps. Her name is amanda and her phone number is 05338280828.

There is a chemist down near the harbour, sort of in front of Cyprus Turkish Airlines they have a good range of everything. Worth a try.
