I used the large car park today for the first time in weeks having been away expected to see the man on the gate to give me a ticket but it was a barrier so I presumed you took a ticket and on your way out you paid putting the 2ytl in a slot (how wrong) when I went to the exit put my ticket in looked around for a slit to put money in by then there were about 8 cars behind me, some beeped their horns some shouted, I had to make everyone reverse back, what a fool I am and look for the payment kiosk, its a good idea but when you don't know I was embarrassed for the turmoil I caused. Now we know Smithy is back she causes havoc wherever she goes LOL

The same thing happened to me on my recent visit. It would help if they put a notice up, in both english and turkish saying please pay at the kiosk. I expect this is to much to ask.

R.C.T.Man I didnt expect to pay at the barrier I thought if I have a ticket, there will be a man there to take my money but on the other hand it is easier to have a slot to pay your money in, or at least a sign before you approach telling you about the pay desk thats all.

Handheld Satnav.

Passport & Driving Licence.

Boris Johnsons tel no.

Up to 10 Credit/Debit cards, until one is recognised.

At night a torch.



Oh, and a digi-cam to record everything you do for evidence at yor appeal! (but don't photo any traffic wardens or police as you will be arrested under the terrorism laws and your car crushed while you are being 'Waterboarded' at the local nick!)

R.C.T.Man No offence taken it is quite obvious really but I can blame Jet Lag well that's my excuse and sticking to it.

RobnJo Think I have decided to stay here, who wants Central London now I would be a stranger there, cant stand all the new laws, been back once in 5 years that was enough, so much has changed and I dont think for the good,
