Why dont you charge for the electricity by reading the meter before and after a stay?, ask for bond up front then deduct electricity/gas cost.

Why don't you fit a card meter and give the cards to the cleaner to sell to the guest? No meter readings before, no meter readings after, no bond. Cleaner takes the cash for the cards and pays your electricity bill for you.

My electricity meter is in a cabinet that only Kibtek haver the keys for. I expect there will be lots of homes and apartments like this. So it is impossible to read the meter as you suggest. I would like more information on the cards for aircons please. Like price for example.

hi blinky i see you are a fridge engineer do you live hear as im a fridge engineer aswell use to work for prestons building compressors then comptec trained up on service whent to gla then peak refridgeration then capitalcooling how is the trade going i hear there are still plenty of jobs going
