Does anybody know anything about this?

Relative in UK trying to send some money here was told this was the best and easiest way to do so. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

There are two Banks in Girne who have a section for Western Union you even take a different ticket for that counter, as my son in Thailand does it through them all the time with no problem but it does incur charges, one of the Banks is in the Town centre opp Simit Bakers just past the Dome Hotel on the opp side of the road.

The other one (as it depends which country the money is coming from) From the Electric Company go to the end of the Road turn Right and its two blocks up on your right, they both have Western Union on their Doors

Western Union is an excellent way to send money for emergencies. It can be quite expensive dependant on the amount sent, but it is there in a matter of minutes, or no more than an hour.
