Pure waffle. Where is he supporting the thousands of non TC's who were led to believe (either encouraged by the government or not stopped) that the land was safe to buy? Why hasn't the Presidency nor TRNC government got involved and made representations to the ECJ? What does he mean by the TRNC 'continuing to safeguard and apply existing laws'?

Well lets just think about that No 1.

Did they rush to help the Gary Robb buyers?

Have they changed the laws to protect buyers having had all those discussions with the HBPG and being aware of the problems?

Was the Property Complaints Office effective at addressing buyers problems?

Are they doing anything about the PTP problems?

Left in the cold.............some have been stuck in a bloody freezer for years!

But maybe the developers will now start to give title deeds. Wouldn't want EU governments chasing them for their money!
