Hye

Are there any buyers out there who are in process of purchasing a property (off plan or new build etc) and would like regular inspection visits to be carried out. I would provide regular (or 1 off if there is a particular problem) visits to your site and would provide photos and updates as required.

i know what it is like trying to visualise what is going on (and worrying) when you are many miles away !

If you are interested please contact me by email.

Wouldnt you need permission from the builders to go on to site.

From my experience as a buyer, you can walk onto and into pretty much any developement, they don't seem to be very secure.

So far i have never had any problems with builders. The buyer ( or myself) explains to the builder, that they have someone living here who is going to provide updates for them, and gives them my details. The builders, so far, have been more than happy for me to visit the site and take photos etc. In one case there were problems with the build and the builder spoke to me at length about the reasons for the delay and i was able to pass that onto the 2 buyers very quickly and then follow it up for them . It ialso nvolved visits to Planning dept to get facts .They were pulling their hair out in the UK trying to get direct information as opposed to rumours. They found (and still do ) it very useful.

I'm with McSteveit. Been onto many sites to take photos for people and never had a problem. Health & Safety, what's that. Goodness they lie in the road to paid the kerbstones around the roundabouts whilst the traffic is going around them! Have you never seen a Turkish ladder?

Hi paul, apologies, you knew i was having a playful pop at you and your industry, which I,m well aware of after over 25 years associated with nuclear industry. Seriously through improvements are needed, but not the 'PC' approach some authorities have adopted in the UK.

Kind regards

p

the2ofus

Is this going to be a free or chargable service?

The rules arrear to be quite strict in respect of of this type of service ie we have a company run by a FIRCS qualified person who is not reconised by the "powers that be" in the TRNC , will you have to have a work permit if you are offering this service for reward?

Either way i wish you well in your endeavours
