Well let's get a few FACTS straight



1/ How many of the applicants are GREEK.. ? I'm guessing most of them are Cypriots who speak a dialect of Greek..



2/ the IPC is a function of TURKEY not "TRNC" - the ECHR do not recognise "TRNC" and specifically refer to it as a vessel of Turkey.. It is precisely this STUPID attitude ( making something seem like this is a

"TRNC" body ) that keeps GCs away from the panel ...



As always with Cyprus, semantics are all important.



I would have thought that most members here would like to see more cases settled quickly and soon - to let everyone move on.



You note that the report doesn't specifically mention a s case whereby a claimant has been able to take possession of a currently occupied home.



Does anyone have a link for an ECHR site that shows the findings, please .
