| Well let's get a few FACTS straight 1/ How many of the applicants are GREEK.. ? I'm guessing most of them are Cypriots who speak a dialect of Greek.. 2/ the IPC is a function of TURKEY not "TRNC" - the ECHR do not recognise "TRNC" and specifically refer to it as a vessel of Turkey.. It is precisely this STUPID attitude ( making something seem like this is a "TRNC" body ) that keeps GCs away from the panel ... As always with Cyprus, semantics are all important. I would have thought that most members here would like to see more cases settled quickly and soon - to let everyone move on. You note that the report doesn't specifically mention a s case whereby a claimant has been able to take possession of a currently occupied home. Does anyone have a link for an ECHR site that shows the findings, please . I would have thought that |
