Hi, I am a new owner in TBV' The property I purchased was a re-sale and I am trying to contact the maintenance company. Emails to the email address provided by Kensinton have not been answered. Does anyone have a contact name, email address or phone number of the maintenance company.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Welcome to TBV. I also have an apartment on TBV Esentepe, the management company we use is Resco(used to be called Sharom Management).Their office is next to the supermarket on TBV.
