Hi

Has anybody bought an apartment 50m to the left of Charcos restraunt in Alsancak.

Block of 6 being built by Serkan?

Be nice to speak to some of he other buyers.

Charcos Wine bar is at the back of the School near the big Church (now a mosque) above Alsancak village.

A bit difficult to find but well worth a visit to the wine bar?

The apartments are to the left about 40-50m away.
