Turkcell G3 refund

After numerous complaints since buying G3 last December of the service I've not received they, Turkcell have finally admitted that they do have a serious server problem and will reimburse me in full for the one year contract. Great, but any suggestions to whom I should go to?

Would be very interested in how you get on because I have had problems with 3G as have a few of my friends.



Obviously they did not tell you how to go about this reimbursement so I guess I would try the Turkcell office in Girne first then if no joy I would go to the Turkcell office in Lefkosa.

My better half went to the office in Girne, and got most of the money back. We only had it connected for 3 days, a nightmare!

Guess what, went to Baseline Computer shop where my monies were to be retrieved and yes, no dosh as Turkcell hadn't contacted them, surprise, surprise!!
