Dont know where they are, but I have this system at the old mill, one of 3, it was on all morning, then as soon as one of the games where due to start, it went down & didnt come back on. they didnt answer their phones, I was trying continuously! I have been extremly disappointed with their service in the main. This has happened on numerous occasions.

Lady Little - We have Digital Supreme. The system actually runs from your internet connection so maybe your internet was down. It happened to us last weekend because Bortek internet supply was down. All back up and running now. Their office is in Alsancak on the same parade of shops as Eton Laundry, not far from the Merit turning, but on opposite side of the road. We are actually more than satisfied with the service.

There is a way of checking if the intenet has gone down, which said I was online. The thing that angers me the most is that they dont answer their phones when I have a problem. I wasnt the only one trying as they were often engaged, unless of course they knew it was me and was ignoring it! To be honest, I have had problems since we first had the system installed. I'm pleased to hear that some people's are working great, unfortuantly I cant say the same.

First of all..Hi to everybody.

Lady Little . who has been using our system aprox: 6 months and she owed the company aprx: 450 stg + monthly sub. but she never comes to shop ever to pay the bills or for complaints.



Then why should we offer a service when she owed us money and second thing like we try to tell everybody ..the system works through internet and if the telekom goeas down andybody cannot gives garanty that the internter ll be work 100%.



so from now we are cutting her off completely.

We have never had any trouble with Digital Supreme. It was down last weekend but that was the internet fault not Digital Supreme. I have to say though. We pay our bills promttly and on time. It's a shame that they are getting slagged off by one person who hasn't even paid for their service. What on earth do they expect?

Firstly I would like to explain a few things, the reason I held money back was due to the huge issues I have had with this company, service levels in particular. I have the money and will pay once the system, this still isnt the case AND WAS AGREED ON THE OUTSET



I have just rang norman who told me to go and f*** myself and called me a slag, charming!!!!

Hi agree with littlenige customer accounts should not be discussed online, but sure ladylittle should not publicly critise a supplier if she has not paid. You do not normally get the service without making payments.



Have had Digital Supreme now 14 months, yes missed odd match or film if internet is down, not neccessarily their fault they are reliant on their source for the internet connection.



Ladylittle did you have the internet connection or just the connection to digital supreme? when i have had connection problems to the internet my system still shows me connected digital supreme.



I do not like to see someone slagged off when not their fault, nut customers can at times be a pain in the a**e however Norman, if you really did speak to ladylittle as she describes in mess 12 that also is not good customer relations.



Digital Supreme in my opinion are a very good supplier overall, compared with some other companies, their system is far better.

I do agree, however, It was agreed at the outset that I would not part with majority of money until I was 100% satisfied, I have had problems all the way through, but of course this was not mentioned when I was being slagged off for non payment. I have always dealt with Adil for all problems and he really has done his best. I have on numerous occassions asked them to take the system out as I was unhappy but they always asked for more time.



I understand that the system wont be 100% all of the time, but to not answer calls or text msgs all weekend is not acceptable, and I had to call again monday afternoon. At the end of the day I am providing a service to my customers. If someone just answered the phone and explanined I would have been happy. I checked and we were online. Adil came on Monday and fixed the problem.



As far as I'm concerned, enough is enough, everyone has had different experiences, mine has just been a bad one.

its the same ...if we installed a system for you and you never paid any monthly bill for your sub. then what you are complaining for...yes you are complaining for FREE TV SERVICE WHICH WE GAVE YOU ....YOU STARTED FIRST ...DID I PUT ON NET THAT YOU ARE NOT PAYING ...NO..........SO DONT COMPLAINE SOMETHING WHICH YOU HAD GOT FOR FREE...
