| Hi paul , passed a village with similar or same name on way to Malibu beach (karpas) many times do you think thats the place, never been to its beach area though. will take a look in a couple of weeks. |

| I thought Yenierinkoy and Mailibu beach were much the same place. If so, doesn't Malibu beach already have a harbour of sorts?

| Hi Karen , yes there is a small fishing harbour there and I did notice what looked like a major reclemation works going on last summer, but didn't dwell on it, perhaps it was a harbour construction project I shall ask in the bar next time. |

| I remember reading a comment made by a TC saying that it was highly unlikely that the new marina to be built around the Estenteppe area would ever
take off as they were still trying to complete the Erenkoy Harbour Project and this was constantly coming to a stop because of lack of funding. Wonder if this is the one hat you are all refering to? |

| Yes there will be a new marina and hotel complex that will have shops, a club, bungalows etc (and there was talk of a golf course - but we will have to see)just past the Malibu beach and Yeni Erenkoy harbour. It will hopefully bring employment in to the area for the local community.
It is quite facinating seeing the engineering being used to create it. |
