Well done to all those people who refused to pay their maintenance fees because amongst other things "there wasn't a sauna". You've won and Glencoe have now handed in their notice. Are you going to run the site now you idiots??????



As if things aren't bad enough. Well done in potentially destroying the site and our investments. I hope I never bump in to any of you at Kings Bar. You make me sick.

I all these instances,there must be more to it than meets the eye i feel...



On my complex,we have offered to pay in proportion to the facilities available to us. This was flatly refused by the management company. So some of those who do pay the full amount are now realising the error of their judgement and reconsidering their positions.



It would seem that maintenance contracts are the next "cash cow" with which to fleece the expats in the current climate of very low property sales.

All should have been up and running on the complex from the start and all apartments should have paid from the start , if that had been in situ there woulf have been no major probs

At risk of controversial comment i state yet again that the main object of theses self proclaimed management companies is NOT your enjoyment but extracting as much $$$ asap despite the consequences.

If it dont pay -no way.

As in any business if the profit isnt there and in the TRNC especially it seems you have to accept what you are given no matter the shortfall of sale promised items.

Dress it up as you want





it`s biillocks, they want the money and fiick you...

that IS the way it is, at the moment like it or lump it.

Then you get the developer who is the MD of the aforesaid company stating allegedly that he wont issue you your kocan which having paid for your property you are perfectly entitled to.

or am i in Disneyland?

In addition,if you sell your property,you are forced to pay the maintenance even though you are not living there anymore before the assignment deed is signed to allow the sale to go through.



This is clearly blackmail,but here it is all part of a days work I suppose.....

The threat to anyone who is required to pay all of unpaid maintenance before selling there property can be challenged and if proof is there to say there was a reason not to pay all maintenance the non payment can be justified , however that reason such as not all up and running on the site , could in itself prove a problem , asin who would want to buy a property on a site that has not got all in situ any way .

There are a lot of Naughty MC out there and agree with message 8 to some extent - however there are also some good like any services some good ,some bad some disgusting in the way they treat the owners



Management Companies activities should be regulated and we most certainly should not have to put up with the ones that treat the OWNERS the way they do

Hello peeps,

It is indeed a sad day for greg and the team, but maybe it is a blessing for them as they seemed to be throwing money at the place and be getting blamed for everything that one or too werent happy with anyway i know that they have many more places they look after with happy campers so who cares, its a pity though because i am led to beleive greg OWNS a property on Turquoise bay as well Sienna so i guess that he is also a suffering owner.

Mebbee greg did everybody a favour at turquoise and things will now get done because the builders realise no body else will touch the place till its absolutely finished an got its steam kettle and hot house, or it might get worse and everyone might thenwonder whats happened to there investments :(
