| Going over to the TRNC from Good Friday for 8 days. Just wondering if anyone knows if there are any special events going on in Girne area? |

| Thanks authentichoccie, thought that would be the case but just wanted to check! However just seen on another site that 'Easter Saturday is party night at the Mountain view hotel all in aid of the SOS village. There will be music, dancing raffle and easter bonnet competition as well as a great buffet all for 20YTL.' |

| Yea some of the local hotels do have some activities going on.
Still nice to spend easter away from UK, weather shouldn't be too bad around end March either.
f you are coming with kids bring your easter eggs as very limited supply here and very expensive!!!!
Shame as i love creme eggs!!!!! |

The Colony hotel just in Girne town center offers a fantastic Easter weekend package, 120 GBP per head including 2 nights accommodation, brekfast, dinners and Easter sunday carvery buffet is included in the price, Good Friday dinner, on Saturday open buffet dinner with live music, on Sunday Easter Lunch
or you can book only for Easter Sunday Lunch, carvery open buffet at 20 GBP per person |
