Yes, only trouble is Patrick your guarantee is guaranteed by the same people that have put this country where it is now, on its arse. I know the economy runs in ten year cycles, boom and bust, boom and bust. But I think this time is different. The next 2 years are going to get worse.



You have house prices that have rocketed to a stage where there is now no first time buyers.



Add to the equation 2,000,000 (I honestly believe this figure to be closer to the truth than whatever the goverment are spouting) Polish and other Eastern European Immigrant workforce that can claim benefits for there children than have never seen the Uk and Eire.



Add to the equation 500 (Tax paying, financially contributing to the UK economy) people emigrating (taking there wealth, Pensions abroad), Whilst 1500 a day come to this country looking for work, an easier system to claim benefits. Where do you think a big part of the money earned by an immigrant workforce goes? back to the country of origin. Very commendable but it will not help the Uk's economy one bit.



Oh by the way your guarantee is with the people who when pricing up for the olympics forgot to include Vat, so the figures were 17.5% out, that was before they spiraled uncontrolably. Its a good job this lot weren't in charge of ordering equipment for the Channel Tunnel, they'd have ordered 2 shovels and a skip!



Sorry for the rant but I can see the Labour government for what they really are.

Very true in all you say. When we had alleged refugees, illegal immigrants and the rest of the spongers entering the country this was going on for years.....remember "Songat" it was like Von ryan's express" with all the illegals etc running down the tracks trying to enter GB. If you opened your mouth you were classed as a racist! Now it is to late to do anything and where I live 12 of the 15 flats are wedged tight with Poles. they have a real bad attitude to say the least. Like yourself JB I could rant on.



Remeber one thing, one and all.....if you think the tories will be any better then you are indeed in Cuckoo land. It is the rich that are benefitting from the cheap labour and don't forget it.
