Unfortuanately your 5 bed villa here is probably worth less than a two bed property in some parts of Cornwall.

kimosh - steady ) I'm sure you realise I come from Cornwall. The Cornish Gaurdian idea was meant to be a positive suggestion for you. It's the most highly read paper in Cornwall (w/e) There was no offence meant. I just think if you're serious about your offer - which I'm sure you are - you will have more success with an advert in a local paper there. As far as I know - there are very few Cornish people here. Anyway - good luck.

We are moving to NC from Cornwall (can't wait!), would swop if not already bought. Prices are rock bottom here at the moment and the advert in the Guardian is a good idea. Didn't think there would be many Cornish in TC.

It's difficult to get swede or turnip. The south has turnips but it's a bit far to go for ingredients. Bring some seeds with you and grow some. I had a mate who used to grow swede but it did take a lot of watering here.
