To Everyone Who Regularly reads our blog and especially to Gary John Robb & The TRNC Authorities



People ask “are you not getting tired of all this “ – yes, but Gary Robb has taken away ANY financial stability that my family had and is REFUSING to return it - and I will never give up until we have back what is rightfully ours. As members of the TRNC government are saying "These ladies will not give up or go away" - how right they are !!!



We have just had half-term and we could not afford to take the kids out, on January 26th my daughter was 14 - we had to give her an IOU for her birthday because we are now on our knees financially. My 77 year old father has had to re-mortgage his house in order to save us from losing ours !!!!! and I know its just because GARY JOHN ROBB has our money. We have slowly sold everything in order to survive, now we have nothing - not even a car at the moment and now I have to rely on MY FATHER - MY KIDS GRANDFATHER to help pay my bills !!!!



I am sure with your criminally warped sense of humour you and your fellow cronies even find this funny (and they should be ashamed of themselves and know better) - but we are not laughing, My husband who is now in his late 60's is not laughing (esp now that he suffers with a what will be terminal illness and cannot work - directly attributed to the stress YOU have caused him) , My retired, elderly father is not laughing and nor are my aged 10 and 14 children.



So Gary and all your friends (or rather the aquaintances in the I'm Alright Jack Brigade sitting in their IVORY TOWERS) along with those you control and have done since day one - at your weekly meetings have a good laugh, if you are in the pub spending money Gary - go on have a good laugh. When you take your kids to the LAPTA water park or Octopark - go on Gary think of us and have a good laugh, when you are buying your kids the things they want, go on Gary have a good laugh - whilst you are splashing around having fun with your kids in your pool - go on have a good laugh, when you take your kids to Burger City for a treat Gary - go on Gary have a good laugh, and finally while you are driving around in your nice new black £60,000+ Range Rover surrounded by your family - go-on Gary have a good laugh and feel proud of yourself that we are hurting financially. Gary you do not need to deal drugs anymore to hurt people - you are managing to do it quite well without them !



So Gary have a good laugh on me today - you earned it



The same goes for the TRNC Government - Yes, you Mr Soyer, Mr Findik, Mr Murat - the latter who loves Londoners or so he says and your other ministers and employees both in the UK and the TRNC - c'mon why don't you have a good laugh at our expense while you're at it - after all if any of you had intervened in the first place and NOT paid Gary's frozen funds into the private accounts of the civil servants of the then HOUSING MINISTER for the sole use of Gary Robb (which you have never denied) things may not be quite so bad for us -



so

WHILST WE SHED TEARS

why don't you all join up

and

have a

good laugh together !!!!



Y'know Gary, like your family my kids love North Cyprus, They still love their memories of the TRNC, and they cannot understand what has been done to us. Just ask the guys at the Sempati Hotel in Lapta about my kids Gary, ask Karim, Erkan, Micky ask Akan Gurkan, ask the family at Asmali's cafe, ask Cem of Aphrodite's they all know this family well and they all know the love and respect that we have for the TRNC and its people. It was our dream to like you live there - and just like you have the kids educated there - so please excuse me for being offensive but you and only you hold the responsibility and have been the sole reason for this not happening. You have slowly stolen everything we have with your criminal and greedy act

I am truly sorry and have been every since the start of the Robb situation. We are not laughing at you and I feel sure all of us in a more settled position are thinking "there for the grace of god go I" as this could have happened to any one of us. I am sure though that whilst your case is in everyone's mind in Cyprus you are not alone. There are also many people whose builders went out of business leaving them in a similar situation. In fact there is a whole development on the hill leading up to Esentepe which has never been completed because of lack of funds. Buyers from that development have lost their monies. Throughout the Island you will see similar situations. Even in Spain there are similar problems where people are losing their life savings because of wrong doings.

I feel I must ask what you expect us to do. We are powerless in situations like this.

I am just letting off steam and writing how I feel personally. we all have PMT days and I am jus' having one of those. 4 years has dragged on and now we are in serious problems. Yes if it had happened for us 4 years ago we would be happy with our purchase and enjoying it - now we have nothing but this long fight daily to look forward to. We still pay £300 a month for the money that Gary has of ours (£50,000) and we have been paying this since June 2004, which was fine at the time as we should have had a villa in December 2005, but we see no end to the paying of this interest payment until we get back what is ours and give it back to the Abbey to clear the mortgage and go back to square 1 !

My heart goes out to you, I felt like crying reading your post and I can totally understand the frustration and impotence you must be feeling, especially because your struggle has been such a long one. Like Tiggy, I strongly agree that what goes around comes around, but I suppose that doesn't give you much solace right now. If it were me I know I'd be spitting nails with fury. This is a cautionary tale for all of us hoping to purchase in NC in the future, and it's definitely making me a bit nervous, but I think that can only be a good thing.

I truly hope that your situation is brought to a satisfactory solution for you and that your family can once again enjoy your lives without this terrible strain hanging over your heads. Good luck, and know that people are thinking of you.

PMT attack now over, but I will not give up getting a solution - nor will I go away until this man puts right his wrong.





I hope that you all who have bought and are considering a purchase fair better than myself and many others in the same boat as me, and that you all go on to enjoy that beautiful island and its wonderful people
