If Talat gets involved with getting that piece of scum known as Kutsal Tokatlioglu off of a red interpol bulletin then he and the new government are as crooked and corrupt as the rest of them. This lowlife Kutsal Tokatlioglu has been involved in the Gary Robb scam from the start - could he be bleating now as some very important evidence of fraud and scamming has now been made public ????

Kutsal Tokatlioglu was just as far up Gary Robb's a**e as was Tahir Soycan - they were all directors of AGA Development and have scammed millions over trhe past 5 years. How dare he bleat

A new committee is set up in UK and are taking to court the people from over here who were meant to be looking after their interests. A whole can of ......



The TRNC Government needs in my opinion to sequetrate the assets of Amaranta and all affiliated companies. Then this can be sold off to people who can sort out the problem for the genuine losers.

Kutsal Tokatlioglu was/is a director of AGA Development - he has been wanted for some time by Interpol and now 'Mummy' and his deep pockets are no longer there to bail him out - he is worried (along with others) that he may be in a little doo-doo's.



He is a director of C & T Construction. The C who allegedly is Cafer Gurcafer (That we are not 100% sure of), but on many legal docs GJR blames C & T on many occasions for taking his machinery back in 2005/06 and other misdemeanours - now history - but seeing as Fat God has been removed from the game plan the monkeys are now all sweating.



The last 2 documents that we received relating to the Machinery & Property go prove beyond all reasonable doubt that a fraud/scam was allegedly taking place whilst unsuspecting AGA Victims who signed the January 2008 protocol were sending more money (a total allegedly of £1.3 million) to AGA Development via the Amaranta Buyers Committee in a purpose made escrow TC bank account.

This is why we are pointing out on an almost daily basis on the blog that since April 2008 NO ACCOUNTS of any description relating to this £1.3 millon has been seen despite privately written and public requests to ABC. In order to maintain full transparency and intregrity (lack of the latter in the TRNC) these accounts MUST be made available to AGA Victims.



To date no accounts have been seen for 1 year and 27 days - afte the events of the past 9 months or so it is no wonder that victims are asking WHY !!!!!!!

If you are having issues with your build, beware that your Developer/Lawyer/Agent are not conspiring behind your back like AGA and their assocites have - after all it appears that criminals do what they want in the TRNC and under the noses of the authorities without any re-dress - even if it involves TALAT (and no we don't refer to him as Mr - he does not deserve it ) !!!!!!!!

Kutsal Tokatlioglu was/is a director of Tokatlioglu Construction company not C & T as previously thought and stated. C & T are Cafer Gurcafer & Tekin Arhun
