Am coming over in April with my 3 children and wondered if it will be possible to swim in the sea, or will it be too cold? or will the pools have had time to heat up? Also can anyone suggest any thing else to do to keep the kids happy? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Not the bravest of people when it comes to submerging myself in cold water but managed to have a dip in both sea and pool at Acupulco last April.....so it must have been ok.

Try the water park at Lapta.

Hi Jumbo

I wouldn't chance it but then again I like the water to be really warm. Weather is still a bit unsettled in April.

Freezing by our standards - out last April - needed wetsuits for swimming pools - weather variable - April showers etc., but beautiful time of year with lemons/limes and everything in full blossom
