Cant help noticing there are tons of villas for sale(all same type) in Iskele. Anyone know why?

There are tons of villas for sale throughout the TRNC. Iskele is no different.



HBPG site........ are people who live here getting their PTP?

Perhaps a start would be contacting HBPG and asking if the area you have purchased in has experienced problems with PTP? An email would suffice.

I like Iskele. The place has character and is a proper TC town, unlike Girne which is Skegness with sunshine.

Hi Mixie , no not really , at that time we were told they would be issued when the site was finished , so as the saying goes ignorance is bliss , by the way the site is still not finished . Had a letter a few days before flying out to NC saying my ptp had come through in July of 2008

I agree Iskele is fine but Hilltop with that blot on the landscape, give me Skegness with sunshine any day.
