no chance. When we moved here 5 years ago the Belideye gave us the choice of 3 diferent numbers in Hurriyet Sokak. Now we ain't even in that street and are now on the 3rd number and street name. Oh well thats life

You need to get to know someone in the Belediyesi, They have maps that allow their refuse collectors and other service providers to find addresses and although not pukka maps they will serve your purpose. Failing that if you just want to find a street then again the Belediyesi will be able to show you where it is.
